22/08	Tryfan. Glyders	2M	Walking	Lost on Tryfan. Wandered onto West Face and waited for dawn. Confusing messages from girlfriends in Liverpool made this a difficult search. No injuries.
24/08	Idwal Slabs.	2M	Climbing	Leader fell damaging ankle. Finished climb but could not make walk off. Extracted by 22 Sqdn. in a magnificent display of night flying and long winching.

14/09	Gallt yr Ogof	1M	Walking	Attempting walk from Capel along ridge. Adamant guidebook directed him down nose of Galt yr Ogof. Exhausted. Extracted by 22 Sqdn. Wife advised him to burn boots and take another hobby.

13/10	South of Aber Falls	1M	Walking	Lost in cloud. When dark fell called team on mobile 'phone. No torch, map, compass or local knowledge. Used flash on camera to locate him.
14/10	Garnedd Uchaf	2M	Walking	Thought they were camping at Foel Fras. 'Phoned police as lost and cold. Asked to walk out via llyn Dullyn. Arrived in Ogwen Valley at 12:30. Did they reach Foel Fras ??
17/10	Moel Siabod	1M/1F	Walking	Lost path on decent in dark. No spare torch batteries. No injuries.
20/10	Amphitheatre Gully	1M	Scrambling	Scrambling in gully with son. Lost footing and fell 75m. Fatal.
