In the event of an emergency, dial 999 (or 112) and ask for the police. Give them all relevant information including location (grid reference if possible), injuries sustained/problem and all your contact details. This information will then be passed onto the relevant mountain rescue team covering your area.

Follow all instructions given to you by the Police and remember the more information you provide, the easier it is for us to assist you.
