In the event of an emergency, dial 999 (or 112 from a mobile phone) and ask for the Police. Give them all relevant information including location (Grid Reference if possible), injuries sustained/problem, all your contact information. This information will then be passed onto the relevant Mountain Rescue team covering your area.

Note: IF YOU CALL FROM A MOBILE PHONE, PLEASE LEAVE IT ON! Follow all instructions given to you by the Police and remember the more information you provide, the easier it is for us to assist you.

Arrangements can be made to visit base and have a look at the work the team carries out. If your interested in visiting base, please use the link below to arrange a suitable time and date. Please bear in mind that all team members are volunteers who will be giving up their own time to show your group around.

To visit base, please contact the Hon. Secretary of the Rescue Team.
